JARC Florida, a nonprofit organization that provides programs and services to educate and empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is hosting its 39th Annual Gala on March 9 at Boca West Country Club in Boca Raton.
The event kicks off at 6 p.m. with cocktails, followed by an engaging program and dinner at 7 p.m. The evening will celebrate JARC’s commitment to helping extraordinary people lead ordinary lives, while raising money to support the organization’s various programs and services.
The event will feature a silent auction and a raffle offering three incredible experiences or a $5,000 cash prize. American television producer and animator Sam Simon will return as the master of ceremonies.
“The JARC Gala is a heartfelt celebration of our clients, their families, dedicated staff, generous donors, volunteers and the incredible partners who make everything possible,” says Jeffrey Zirulnick, CEO of JARC Florida. “As we look forward to the opening of the new Caryn J. Clayman Life Skills Center in early 2026, this gala also provides a wonderful opportunity to rally support and build excitement for the space and its impactful programs.”
JARC’s 39th Annual Gala will raise money to support JARC Florida and its essential programs and services including the Dr. Allen & Annette Stone Adult Day Training Program, The Selma & Irving Ettenberg Foundation Community Works and ADAPT (Adults Aging in Place Together). Last year’s event raised more than $600,000.
The Boca Raton Observer is the event’s exclusive media sponsor.
