The Dorothy P. Seaman Department of Women’s Philanthropy of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County will bring together women dedicated to supporting Israel and strengthening Jewish life for the 2025 Lion of Judah Luncheon on Jan. 30 at B’nai Torah Congregation.
Celebrating resilience, empowerment and community, the event will feature a conversation with three remarkable women: content creator, entrepreneur and activist Ashley Waxman Bakshi; storyteller, community builder, activist and author Olga Meshoe Washington and President of Schrayer & Associates, Inc. Liz Schrayer, who will serve as moderator.
Centered around the theme of “Empowerment Through Resilience,” the discussion will delve into the transformative power of perseverance and unity in the face of adversity.
The Lion of Judah Luncheon is a special opportunity to join a powerful sisterhood of like-minded women philanthropists — 18,000 strong worldwide — united by a shared commitment to making a lasting impact. South Palm Beach County is home to one of the largest contingents in the country. Participation helps support critical initiatives in the local community, Israel and around the world, ensuring a collective and meaningful difference.
The Boca Raton Observer is the event’s exclusive media sponsor.
