More than 1,000 children, parents and grandparents gathered at Boca Center for the annual Light Up the Fourth Night of Chanukah PJ Library® community event on Dec. 17, 2025. Hosted by the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, the evening brought families together for a festive gathering rooted in Jewish tradition, connection and joy.
Families enjoyed Chanukah-themed activities, music and interactive experiences designed to engage guests of all ages. Community rabbis from across South Palm Beach County lit the menorah together, illustrating the kindred spirit of the local Jewish community.
The evening also featured a lively performance by the Rock n’Roll Rabbi, David Paskin, who led families in song and celebration.
PJ Library® provides free Jewish children’s books and holds events to create further opportunities for families to connect beyond the page.
