This season, Impact 100 Palm beach County marks 15 years of women joining forces to create lasting change in the place they call home. What started as a bold idea has grown into a movement of more than 800 women who believe generosity and vision can make extraordinary things happens.
Each member contributes $1,000, and together those dollars fuel transformational projects for local nonprofits across five focus areas: arts, culture and historic preservation; education; environment; family; and health and wellness. The model is simple but powerful — pooling resources to award multiple $100,000 grants that spark big ideas and measurable results.
In 15 years, Impact 100 PBC has invested nearly $8 million back into the community, awarding 124 grants that continue to make a difference every day. It’s a track record that proves collective giving doesn’t just add up — it changes lives.
Today, the momentum is stronger than ever. “If you are a woman who cares about your community, we invite you to join Impact 100 on our mission to impact even more lives in 2026,” says Janean Mileusnic, president of Impact 100 PBC. “Each member’s $1,000 contribution is significant on its own, and when combined with hundreds of others, it becomes transformational. That’s the magic of Impact 100.”
From expanding programs for children with special needs to strengthening food security and improving access to health care, the grants have been lifelines — empowering nonprofits to dream bigger, reach further and serve more effectively.
Impact 100 PBC is part of a global movement of more than 20,000 women worldwide who, since its founding 24 years ago, have contributed $160 million to their communities.
“Impact 100 PBC is proud to be among the largest chapters, leading by example and proving what’s possible when women pool their resources,” says board member Lisa Sunshine.
The women of Impact 100 PBC invite the community to help shape the next chapter of southern Palm Beach County. Together, they are creating real impact, right here, proving that collective giving can change everything.
