On Jan. 25, 2025, the Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center (JCC) will present the Marisa & Matthew Baker Jeans, Jewels & The J Neon Nights – Rockin’ the ’80s. Attendees will enjoy a fun-filled evening of dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions and live music. Community leaders Nicole and Josh Ruderman will be honored with the Phyllis & Harvey Sandler Crystal Award, and Lauren and Mark Gotlieb will be honored with the Shirley & Allan B. Solomon Leadership Award.
Marisa & Matthew Baker Jeans, Jewels, & The J Neon Nights – Rockin’ the ’80s directly supports community programs presented through Levis JCC’s departments: Betty & Marvin Zale Early Childhood Learning Center; Helene & Roy Schwedelson Special Needs Department; Sports & Wellness, Arts, Culture & Learning at the Phyllis & Harvey Sandler Center; Marleen Forkas Camps; the Judy Levis Krug Boca Raton Jewish Film Festival and the Levis JCC Resale Boutique. Proceeds support scholarship and financial aid programs that enable hundreds of children to attend preschool and special needs and summer camp programs.
The Levis JCC’s signature event brings the community together to celebrate the organization, its rich history and treasured supporters. The Boca Raton Observer is the event’s exclusive media sponsor.
