Boca Raton's market for move-in-ready condominiums continues to show strength, and ALINA Residences is one of the latest examples.
The downtown residential community has surpassed $90 million in sales so far in 2026, including more than $30 million in sales over the past two months, according to developer El-Ad National Properties.
“Luxury buyers continue to prioritize exceptional quality, personalized service and residences that are ready to enjoy immediately,” Candace Jorritsma, vice president of sales and marketing for El-Ad National Properties, said in a statement. “ALINA offers an unmatched luxury lifestyle in Boca Raton.”
The sales come as inventory of newly completed condominium residences remains limited in several parts of Boca Raton, particularly within walking distance of downtown amenities. Recent purchases at ALINA included residences priced from approximately $6 million to nearly $7 million.
The development comprises 303 residences across three nine-story buildings between downtown Boca Raton and The Boca Raton resort. The first two buildings, ALINA 200 and ALINA 210, are sold out and occupied, while only 10 developer residences remain in ALINA 220.
ALINA also recently received one of the inaugural VERIFIED™ Luxury Residences designations from Forbes Travel Guide. The program evaluates residential properties on service standards, hospitality and resident experience.
“Surpassing $90 million in sales this year, including more than $30 million during the summer months, is a testament to the continued strength of the Boca Raton luxury market and the exceptional work of our sales team,” Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of brokerage for Douglas Elliman Florida Region and president of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Florida, said in a release.
Residents have access to more than three acres of amenities, including rooftop pools, fitness centers, spa facilities, club rooms, yoga spaces and a golf simulator.
