Art And Jazz On The Avenue brings Downtown Delray Beach’s signature creative street celebration to the beachside stretch of East Atlantic Avenue on Wednesday, May 27. Produced by the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority, the free evening event runs from 6 to 9:30 p.m., blending live music, large-scale mural art, family activities and open-air dining into one walkable festival experience.
Live performances anchor the night, with the Cedrick Talton Experience opening the evening with high-energy funk, blues and soulful sounds, followed by Wonderama, a Billboard Top 100 band known for its crowd-driven performances. Throughout the event, guests can watch murals take shape in real time, curated by Glayson Leroy of Galera Collective and featuring artists Ripes and Buns of the MSG graffiti crew, whose colorful, expressive figures bring added visual rhythm to the street.
First launched in the 1990s, Art And Jazz On The Avenue spotlights Delray Beach’s local businesses and distinct downtown neighborhoods. Now held three times a year in rotating locations, each edition offers a fresh setting while maintaining the creative spirit and community focus that define Downtown Delray Beach.
