Salato Pompano Beach marked its official debut May 14 with a ribbon-cutting and grand opening celebration that showcased the city’s newest ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium. Created by U.S. Development, the boutique 40-residence property made its debut during a grand opening celebration attended by civic leaders, industry partners and guests for an evening highlighting its design, amenities and beachfront setting.
U.S. Development CEO John Farina and COO Dustin Salzano joined architect Randall Stofft, interior designer Steven G., executives from KAST Construction and representatives from Tinka Ellington Group at Compass and IMI Worldwide Properties, along with Pompano Beach CRA Director Nguyen Tran and other guests. Attendees toured the Steven G.–designed model residence and explored more than 20,000 square feet of amenities, including an 80-foot ocean-view pool and spa, outdoor entertaining areas and direct beach access, while live entertainment set the tone for the celebration.
Located at 305 Briny Ave., Salato offers residences ranging from 2,106 to 3,354 square feet with expansive floor plans, terraces and sweeping Atlantic Ocean views. Additional amenities include a fitness center with wellness programming, an owners’ lounge, club room with catering kitchen, hobby rooms, beach showers, a dog washing area and ground-floor retail along A1A.
