South Florida’s ultimate taco and dessert fiesta is making a big comeback this month, promising a weekend filled with flavorful bites and family-friendly entertainment in Boca Raton. Mark your calendars for Oct. 19-20 and get ready to indulge in the area’s best tacos, sweet treats and live performances at this year’s Tacos & Treats Festival.
Hosted by Battle Bros, LLC, a leading authority on food events throughout the Space Coast, Tacos & Treats Festival is the brainchild of brothers Sean Beck and Jake Schmalenberg. Driven by their passion for delicious food, epic competitions and community giving, they’ve curated a one-of-a-kind experience that also supports a great cause.
After a successful debut in 2023, Tacos & Treats Festival is expanding with 27 taco vendors, including crowd favorites like Talkin’ Tacos, Tulum Taco Boss and Fajita Jax. Attendees can also enjoy creative cocktails, flavored margaritas, local brews, hard seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages. A portion of the event’s proceeds will benefit Friends of Foster Children, a nonprofit organization supporting foster care youth in Palm Beach County.
Expect live entertainment from the area’s hottest bands, a bustling craft fair marketplace featuring more than 100 vendors, plus on-site fun-packed activities like axe throwing and face painting.
For those with a sweet tooth, vendors like Heavenly Churros, The Crumb Up and Dilly Dilly Donuts will be serving delicious treats. Don’t forget to cast your vote for the best tacos and desserts in the festival’s People’s Choice competition!
The Tacos & Treats Festival will be held at South County Regional Park from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Oct. 19-20.
