On May 4, HomeSafe’s annual Charity Golf Tournament teed up more than $78,000 at Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, with proceeds benefiting programs that protect children and families affected by abuse and trauma across South Florida. The event welcomed 96 golfers, who enjoyed breakfast, shopping and a day on the course before women’s, men’s and mixed-flight champions were recognized. Volunteer golf ambassadors helped lead the fundraiser, which was supported by Christine E. Lynn, the E.M. Lynn Foundation and several other community-minded sponsors.
