On Dec. 13, HomeSafe opened its newly reconstructed and reimagined Bernstein Family Foundation campus in Boca Raton in the namesake of its steadfast supporters, Steve Bernstein and his daughter, Abby Bernstein-Henderson. Recognizing that the physical environment has a major impact on children’s attitude, mood and behavior, HomeSafe created uplifting spaces that are more welcoming, safe and stable for the kids in its residential program. Following program remarks, longtime supporters at Verdex Construction presented a sizable check to support HomeSafe’s mission and latest facility.
