The JAFCO 30th Anniversary Gala was held Dec. 10 at The Polo Club of Boca Raton and raised more than $875,000 for abused and neglected children and those with developmental disabilities.
WPLG Local 10’s Senior Political Reporter Michael Putney served as the Master of Ceremony for the 22nd annual event with over 300 guests in attendance. JAFCO presented the prestigious 2022 Jacob’s Ladder Award for Child Advocacy to Becky & Laurence Herrup and Carole & Mel Kantor for their commitment to protect abused and neglected children in our community. The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Sandra & Paul Goldner.
