Recognized as North America’s largest rock festival, Welcome To Rockville will roll into Daytona International Speedway from May 15 to 18 with an electrifying lineup.
The festival debuted as a one-day show on Mother’s Day in 2011 in Jacksonville, drawing about 10,000 fans. Attendance rocketed over the years, reaching 99,000 in 2019. After a pandemic-induced pause in 2020, Welcome To Rockville relocated to Daytona in 2021 — bigger and louder than ever.
Last year, an estimated 200,000 headbangers packed the four-day festival, with headliners Mötley Crüe, Limp Bizkit, Foo Fighters, Jelly Roll and Slipknot.
Over the last 14 years, Welcome To Rockville has drawn many well-known bands including Lynyrd Skynyrd, Soundgarden, Def Leppard, Kiss and Guns N’ Roses.
This year’s lineup features 150-plus bands across five stages, including Green Day, Korn and Linkin Park.
Beyond the music, the festival delivers a major economic boost — especially for hotels and restaurants — with an estimated impact exceeding $80 million. There’s also ample space for festivalgoers looking to camp near the venue, whether in an RV or a tent.
