Overlooking the Empire ski run, Yama Sushi — whose name translates from the Japanese word for mountain — offers a sophisticated selection of rolls and sake flights.

Begin with Edamame (Sea Salt or Spicy Garlic) and the Yama Wonton Nachos — Wonton Chips, Wakame, Avocado, Tobiko, Sweet Tare, Spicy Aioli and Cilantro. Adventurous diners can splurge on the over-the-top 1876 Burger Experience ($1,876), which includes an A5 Wagyu Steak burger topped with Golden Osetra Caviar, Tempura King Crab & Asparagus, White Truffle Brie nestled inside a gold leaf bun and served with Béarnaise Sauce. It’s paired with Yellowstone Select Bourbon, Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne and a Padrón Anniversario 1964 cigar. The experience ends with a custom hat-making session at Burns Saddlery, the world’s oldest family-owned Western retailer, established in 1876.

For more casual fare (along with fun bowling) head to Daly’s Pub & Rec for Chicken Wings, Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza or a Wagyu Smash Burger and wrap things up with Roonies Ice Cream Sandwich — Vanilla, Cookies N Cream and Cookie Dough.
