Afternoon sessions include a Pilates deep stretch, a healing meditation ceremony incorporating Reiki, sound therapy, and acupuncture, and a heart-opening cacao ritual. The evening wraps up with a social golden hour gathering at LALA bar. The retreat includes all classes, meals, refreshments, valet parking, and a gift bag, with spa services available à la carte. Designed for digital detox and high-vibration living, the experience is grounded in Amrit’s holistic wellness philosophy combining Eastern traditions with Western luxury. Taking place on June 21, the one-day immersive wellness experience is priced at $550 per participant.
