United Way of Broward County’s #BACKPACKBROWARD School Supply Drive

• School may be out for summer, but there are many families in the community who are already thinking about how they will be able to afford school supplies for their children next year. In order to alleviate this stress United Way of Broward County is asking the public to help by donating backpacks and school supplies.

• There are two ways to donate a backpack:

o Make A Financial Contribution: Donate $50 to sponsor a child’s backpack filled with supplies. Please visit UnitedWayBroward.org/BackpackBroward to donate today.

o Donate Filled Backpacks to United Way of Broward County: Bring a new backpack filled with an assortment of notebooks, folders, highlighters, glue sticks, erasers, pens, pencils, scissors, crayons, rulers, index cards, hand sanitizer, masks, Clorox wipes and tissue paper (please visit website for full list and instructions) to United Way of Broward County’s Ansin Building in Fort Lauderdale (1300 South Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316). Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.
