Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope's Dance the Night Away Gala - The original and most exciting dance competition in Palm Beach, presented by Fred Astaire West Palm Beach Studio. Local dancers will vie for the 2027 Lois Pope People's Choice Award. Derek Hough will serve as master of ceremonies.

Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope, Inc. is a Palm Beach County nonprofit organization that eases the burdens of qualified local cancer patients by paying a portion of their non-medical bills, supplementing basic needs, and providing support and information resources.
