Expressive Abstract: Large Scale Painting Workshop

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED – THREE 3 DAY WORKSHOPS – ACRYLIC
This energized two-day workshop takes place in a vintage gymnasium (1925 Fieldhouse at Old School Square) an exceptional studio opportunity with lots of room to paint and be creative. Emphasis is on an intuitive, fearless approach, experimentation, and individual creativity. Each participant will have an 8x8 foot wall space, table and easel where you will be able to work in a large format, small or both, with direct guidance. You will be inspired by the energy in the room and will experience unique “loosening up” exercises. Explore mark-making and new ways to start a painting. Add mystery and depth to your work by using your own personal calligraphy and some other fun tools. Note: This workshop is for intermediate (2-5 years art experience) through advanced levels (5 years art experience through professional artist).
