The Grande Ball

SOS Children’s Villages Florida, located in Coconut Creek, is a foster care community dedicated to preserving sibling bonds when children enter foster care. In addition to our residential services, we proudly offer the “Next Steps” program, providing a range of services to support young adults aging out of care at eighteen as they transition to full independence.

Proceeds from THE GRANDE BALL will help us accomplish the following:

Our children will benefit from bi-weekly tutoring in reading and math, enhancing their grades and confidence in both subjects, amounting to a 100% high school graduation rate which our children have proudly achieved for the past consecutive 15 years.

Our children will have the opportunity to attend sleep-away camps, enriching their experiences and creating lasting memories.

Our young adults aging out of care at eighteen will receive support for college visits, assistance with employment, access to affordable housing, and other critical services to empower them to thrive independently.

Through individual and family therapy, our children will have an increased chance of being reunited with a parent or relative, fostering stronger family bonds and stability.
