Hakuna Matata - A Family Celebration

The festivities begin with a brunch party at 11 a.m. in the Mary N. Porter Riverview Ballroom, followed by Disney’s The Lion King in the Au-Rene Theater at 1 p.m.

Guests will enjoy a variety of activities including themed food and beverage stations at the King of the Feasts Buffet, safari arts and crafts, face painting, a “wild adventure” photo op and a DJ Dance Party. Presented by long time Broward Center supporters Alice and Mike Jackson and Michelle and Donald Sussman, ‘Hakuna Matata – A Family Celebration” is a benefit for the Broward Center's arts-in-education and community engagement programs.
