Explore the wonder, obstacles, and challenges of a journey to space during “MODS in Space Weekends” taking place in February.

· Museum guests will enjoy make-and-take spacecraft projects, learn the physics of celestial bodies, explore the geology of planets and moons, as well as participate in pop-up science activities including a parachute and wind chute challenge.

· Don’t miss your chance to explore MODS’ newest exhibit, Planet Pioneers: Journey to Space, and discover the science of astronomy, physics and geology at the Earth and Space station, experiment with the forces of gravity and much more!

· Plus, families can catch an Interstellar IMAX on the GIANT Screen. Guests will have the opportunity to watch Asteroid Hunters, A Beautiful Planet, Dream Big, Hubble 3D, Space Station and more!

· The in-house program will run every Saturday and Sunday throughout the month of February 2022 and is free with Museum admission.

February 5-6, February 12-13, February 19-20, and February 26-27

Saturday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Sunday: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
