This NYE guests are invited to ring in 2022 with a festive four-course dinner created by Chef Joe Zanelli along with DJ entertainment, innovative cocktails, and celebratory countdown with a champagne toast at midnight. Menu selections include:
First course choice of:
- stone crab
- beef carpaccio
- tuna tartare with sesame oil, serrano peppers, Asian pear
Second course choice of:
- roasted beet salad with goat cheese, citrus, watercress, toasted pistachio, port wine reduction
- foie gras with huckleberry compote and brioche
- burrata and persimmon caprese with honey and balsamic reduction
Third course choice of:
- whole roasted wagyu strip loin
- baked stuffed lobster
- local fish
Fourth course choice of hot or cold dessert
For an additional $100++, diners can enjoy access to The Ray Hotel’s swanky rooftop lounge Rosewater for a premium open bar and unbeatable views of Delray Beach’s fireworks display. On New Year’s Day, guests can recover from the night’s festivities with brunch specials including New Year’s French toast and stone crab specials.
NYE Hours: Reservations available starting at 8:30 p.m. (Traditional seating and regular menu will be available from 4-7 p.m.) Guests who purchase Rosewater Rooftop tickets can access after dinner til 1:30 a.m.
Pricing: $250++ per person. Limited bar tickets are available for $125++ and includes bar seating only, passed bar bites and open bar.
