As Goldenfarb transitioned from a successful career in the courtroom to CEO, he identified the difficulties attorneys encounter in managing their practices. He redirected his efforts towards coaching. For 20 years, he has built his practice into the success it is today: a large regional law firm generating eight figures in gross revenue a year, successfully serving thousands of clients, and carried out by a passionate and engaged workforce of more than seventy employees.
