Shuffle Lab brings its signature dance-meets-wellness experience to The Gates Hotel South Beach for a special Galentine’s Shuffle Cardio Party on Saturday, February 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The feel-good morning features a beginner-friendly shuffle class (no experience needed), a live DJ set by SUNNY D and curated wellness activations with partners including vitamin shots from Neos Functional Medicine, All WellO fresh juices, energy drinks from Bloom Nutrition, Feelz energy gummies, snacks from Paleo Valley and Mezcla, plus homemade cookies from Giovy’s Bakehouse.
