Beginning at 11am through 8pm on Thanksgiving Day, Serena Pastificio invites diners to indulge in an Italian-inspired festive buffet menu of holiday classics, complete with roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham, salmon and prime rib, oysters, shrimp cocktail, traditional sides and a variety of desserts.
