Guests can enjoy a Saffron-Infused Lobster Bisque with paprika, lemon-Infused olive oil and toasted crostini ($20), Heirloom Beet and Pomegranate Salad with roasted red and golden beets, whipped feta, baby arugula, toasted pistachio, blood orange vinaigrette and edible roses ($19), and Sumac-Crusted Filet Mignon and Garlic Butter Shrimp ($60) accompanied by herb mashed potatoes and za'atar chimichurri sauce. For dessert, guests can enjoy a decadent Heart of Edelweiss Cake ($13).
