Having charmed Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach, the French Café Bastille has expanded its all-day‑brunch empire with a new location.
The brand brings its signature Paris‑meets‑tropical aesthetic and ingredient‑driven menu to Weston Town Center. There, its light‑green facade and airy corner footprint set the tone for a leisurely, food‑focused escape.
Weston marks the debut of Café Bastille’s “conscious shift,” a commitment to simplified, cleaner cooking across all locations. That means exclusively free‑range chicken, cage‑free eggs and seed-oil-free non‑dairy milks.
The refreshed menu leans into vibrant flavors and thoughtful sourcing, starting with Sweet Potato Waffles topped with strawberries, maple‑pecan butter and homemade granola — a dish that feels indulgent without being heavy. The Harvest Chicken Toast layers chicken thighs, feta, pickled onions and arugula on toasted sourdough, while the Avo & Eggs keeps things minimal with just a halved avocado, two eggs and multigrain sourdough toast.
New bowls add dimension: The Spicy Bowl brings quinoa, avocado and a kick of spicy mayo, while Stella’s Fav Bowl blends lentils, rice, veggies and bright herbs; both are customizable with chicken thighs, salmon or beef.
Drinks get their own spotlight with six new matcha creations and the brand’s first matcha‑forward cocktails, including a Matcha Mojito and a Matcha Tini.
The café plans to continue its South Florida expansion with a fifth location, in the Miami Modern (MiMo) District.
Café Bastille Weston is located at 1660 Market St. in Weston. For more information, visit cafebastilledowntown.com.
