Chef-Restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa has opened his newest location at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan, taking over the space that formerly housed Bokēn and Stir Bar & Terrace.
Known for its unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine with contemporary Peruvian ingredients, Nobu’s menu offers guests a wide range of cold and hot dishes. There are classic Japanese offerings like sushi, nigiri and sashimi. Cooked fare includes Glacier 51 Sea Bass Umami, Japanese Skirt Steak Wasabi Chimichurri and Eggplant Miso. Try the tacos made with your choice of tuna, salmon, lobster or wagyu.
“Being one of Palm Beach’s most famed oceanfront resorts, Eau Palm Beach is the perfect location, and we couldn’t feel more excited to welcome guests and Manalapan and Palm Beach locals to enjoy our acclaimed Nobu menu,” says Matsuhisa.
The drink menu includes a premium sake selection made from the best rice in the world, Yamada Nishiki, along with a variety of house sakes you can buy by the glass or bottle. There’s also a selection of cocktails as well as liquor, wine, beer and champagne.
Leave room for something sweet. The dessert menu offers tempting options like Miso Cappuccino made with Miso Chocolate Brulée, Candied Pecan, Vanilla Gelato Cappuccino Foam and Sprinkled Cinnamon.
The Nobu brand, which originated in New York, is now an empire, with 54 restaurants around the world along with a collection of Nobu Hotels and Residences.
