What began as Blueprint Cookies is morphing into a broader dessert brand, Cookie Head. The rebrand marks a new phase of growth, with locations spanning Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Dubai.
While traditional cookies such as Chocolate Chip and Classic Sugar remain central to the menu, the company is adding new items and experiences. Soft-serve ice cream, milkshakes and blended desserts called “Brain Freezes” are now on offer, with coffee service also available.
The rebrand is being introduced through a series of store relaunch events across multiple cities, with promotions, giveaways and limited-time items all part of the fun. “At our core, nothing changes, and that’s the best part,” Cookie Head CMO Paloma Machado-McGowan said in a press release. “We’re still rooted in a hospitality-first mindset and committed to serving high-quality, made-from-scratch desserts.”
