Cocktails range from the Sicilian Ember, made with Buffalo Trace, Amaro Averna, pink pineapple, ginger and lemon, to the Alpine Boulevardier, a blend of rye, Campari, Braulio Amaro, sherry and honey foam. A tableside martini service allows imbibers to personalize their drink with additions such as caviar or oysters, while more than 110 wine labels round out the experience.
