Chef and Carbone co-founder Mario Carbone is bringing a taste of Italy to Coconut Grove. Carbone Vino’s menu includes the signature dishes found at Carbone in Miami Beach, along with new additions and a selection of more than 600 wines served by the glass.
For those who have dined at Carbone, you will find many of the iconic dishes at the new location including the Caesar Alla ZZ, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and Veal Parmigiana along with a whole new selection of pastas including Pumpkin Agnolotti and Cappellini All’Aragosta.
Fish lovers might enjoy the Mahi Livornese, Salmon Oreganata or Whole Branzino. There’s a selection of chicken, pork, lamb, veal and beef dishes including Chicken Cacciatore, Pork Chop & Broccoli Rabe, Lamb Chops Giudia, Veal Saltimbocca and Ribeye Tagliata.
“We’re creating something truly special for Coconut Grove: a restaurant that delivers the quintessential Carbone experience while sharing new, exciting ideas that draw on years of refinement and a deep passion for giving diners unparalleled versions of what they know and love,” says Carbone.
Finish off your meal with Strawberry Panna Cotta or indulge in the Cannoli Sundae made with soft-serve gelato, cannoli shells, Sicilian pistachios and cherries.
Those who want dinner on the spur of the moment have an additional reason to celebrate: walk-ins are accepted at this location.
