Eddie V’s has opened its 31st restaurant, this time in Boca Raton. Known for its seafood and hand-carved steaks and handcrafted cocktails, the newest Eddie V’s is in Mizner Park. The restaurant is 10,566 square feet and includes four private dining rooms and an outdoor patio.
The V Lounge offers guests an entertaining evening out with a stage for performances nightly by locally acclaimed musicians.
Starters include Tableside Steak Tartare, Yellowtail Sashimi, Maine Lobster Tacos and Point Judith Calamari. There are a variety of salads including Iceberg Wedge BLT and Warm Goat Cheese Salad.
The main menu features Chilean Sea Bass, South African Lobster, 18 oz. USDA Bone-In NY Strip and Morel-Crusted Lamb Chops. Sides include Truffled Macaroni And Cheese and Crab Fried Rice With Mushrooms And Scallions.
The drink menu features a variety of hand-crafted cocktails with names like Private Plane, Golden Hour and 24 Karat. There’s also an extensive wine menu with sparkling, whites and reds.
Finish off your meal with Bananas Foster Butter Cake, Warm Belgian Chocolate Cake or a Meyer Lemon Tarte.
The first Eddie V’s opened in Austin, Texas in 2000 by Guy Villavaso and Larry Foles. In 2011, the brand was sold to Darden Restaurants, Inc., which also owns Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Yard House, LongHorn Steakhouse, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Seasons 52 and The Capital Grille.
