The new two-level concept, located in the Banyan & Olive office complex in downtown West Palm Beach, spans 14,000 square feet and includes three distinct dining areas: Kelari, a wine cellar–inspired main dining room; Avli, a courtyard and bar; and Tarazza, a rooftop space offering 360-degree views of the Intracoastal and city skyline.
Kelari and Avli share the ground floor, while Tarazza occupies the rooftop. The design blends whitewashed wood, blue accents and natural textures to create a breezy, coastal feel. Kyma operates as a relaxed daytime restaurant then transitions to hosting DJ sets and events at night. Kyma also offers a monthly Mykonos Brunch, a lively nod to the island’s legendary daytime festivities.
Lamb Chops
Kyma West Palm Beach will serve its signature modern Greek menu, including fresh Mediterranean fish flown in daily, Kyma Chips (zucchini and eggplant with tzatziki), grilled octopus, Lavraki (whole branzino), Lamb Chops and Shrimp Santorini. Cocktails include the Aphrodite (gin, Aperol, mango and lime) and the spicy Spilia (tequila, green Chartreuse and jalapeño).
“Our concept celebrates the rich traditions of Greek cuisine while weaving in the energy and creativity that has defined us in New York City,” says Ryan Tarantino, director of operations. “We’re so excited to join this vibrant community and share the flavors, hospitality and warmth of Greece with West Palm Beach locals and visitors alike.”
Kyma is located at 151 N. Olive Ave. in West Palm Beach. For more information, visit kymarestaurants.com.
