The restaurant is the flagship dining venue at The Vineta, Oetker Hotels’ first U.S. property.The culinary team has collaborated closely with executive chef Sébastien Broda and pastry chef Tarek Ahamada, the acclaimed duo behind the restaurants at The Vineta’s French Riviera sister hotel.
Coco serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can begin the day with Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Frittata Florentine or an Açaí Bowl. Lunch offerings include Crab & Avocado Cocktail, Golden Tomato Gazpacho, Maine Lobster Salad and House-Made Tagliatelle with creamy black truffle sauce. For dinner, Eden Roc Seabass, Classic Steak Diane and Grilled Lobster À l’Américaine are popular choices, with the first two being signature dishes from the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Don’t skip the desserts and after-dinner drinks.
Coco is part of a food and beverage program at The Vineta that includes The Bar, which serves classic cocktails, and The Pool House, offering pizzas, salads, sandwiches and Mediterranean dips.
