Grammy Award–winning producer Thomas Wesley (better known to music fans as Diplo) is helping to bring what West Palm Cowboy Club calls “the soul of Nashville, the flavor of the South and the spirit of the Florida Cowboy,” to Downtown West Palm Beach. The two‑story restaurant, bar and live‑music venue is built around a mix of barbecue, cocktails and a full slate of entertainment.
Guests will find a main‑level dining room and bar, an upstairs cocktail lounge and a weekly lineup of live performances, karaoke nights and special events. The design features cowhide, python, gator and denim textures, custom booths and photo‑ready installations. Outside, a wraparound patio and illuminated marquee anchor the corner as a new social hub, steps from the West Palm Beach GreenMarket.
The Miami-raised Wesley serves as musical director, shaping the venue’s sound and entertainment with a nod to his “Florida Cowboy” style.
“I grew up and cut my teeth in South Florida, and it inspired so much of who I am,” Wesley said in a press release. “I’m really proud to bring this energy home, and show some love to the SoFlo cowboy. West Palm Cowboy Club is where beer, barbecue and basslines collide, South Florida style.”
In the kitchen, chef Adrian Ricouz, owner of Slab Daddy BBQ and former executive chef of Hometown BBQ Miami, crafts a menu rooted in Southern classics. Diners can expect smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork and other staples, alongside signature dishes such as Caviar & Cornbread, a Cowboy Club smash burger and barbecue‑inspired pizza. A beverage lineup featuring craft cocktails, a curated whiskey selection and nine beers on tap round out the experience, and diners can also enjoy Sunday brunch.
“West Palm Cowboy Club,” added founder Brian Swanson, “is about bringing people together through great food, music and energy.”
West Palm Cowboy Club is located at 200 Clematis St., West Palm Beach. For more information, visit westpalmcowboyclub.com.
