26° Brewing Company, a craft brewery and taproom in Pompano Beach, added “Kitchen” to its name, along with a full menu crafted by chef and restaurateur Daniel Serfer — the owner of the Blue Collar and Mignonette restaurants in Miami.
In addition to the menu, which will be overseen by Executive Chef Fergus Conneely, the 6,000-square-foot space has been redesigned to accommodate up to 300 diners.
The menu features shareable appetizers as well as full meals to accompany the handcrafted beers.
“We took inspiration from the bold, refreshing beers of 26°, carefully crafting a menu that enhances every sip with flavors that elevate the entire experience. It’s all about balance, creativity and bringing people together over great food and exceptional beer,” says co-owner Yonathan Ghersi.
Highlights include Crispy Gator Bites, brined in hot sauce and buttermilk; Chef’s Sausage Stew, cooked in 26° stout with smoked bacon and caramelized onions; Pompano Beef Dip with house-made roast beef, pulled oxtail, giardiniera and dipping au jus; and Bahamian Conch Salad made with chilis, sour orange and lime juice.
For the ultimate comfort food, try the Brewer’s Pot Pie, made with ground lamb and a special pastry crust and served with gravy and mashed Yukon gold potatoes.
