The former Tavolino Della Notte space in Coral Springs has been reopened as Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian. Restaurateurs Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli and Paul Greenberg, owners of P Hospitality Management, hope to replicate the success once enjoyed by Ed Pozzuoli Sr.’s iconic Italian bistro, Tavolino Della Notte, which was sold and later closed.
Eddie & Vinny’s Italian-inspired menu is led by award-winning Chef and Culinary Director Jeff Tunks and features a variety of raw and cold starters, warm appetizers, salads, fresh pasta, chicken, fish, prime cuts, sides and desserts.
Kick off the meal with Blue Crab Bruschetta, The Wagyu Meatball or Warm Goat Cheese Fritters. The fresh pasta menu features Fresh Jumbo Lump Crab Ravioli, Lasagna “Timballo Teramano,” Orecchiette Alla Barese and Spicy Rigatoni Vodka.
For seafood lovers, there’s the Zuppa Di Pesce, Faroe Island Salmon or the Branzino Alla Griglia. A 14-oz. New York Strip, 32-oz. Tuscan Cowboy Ribeye and 10-oz. Beef Tenderloin Filet make it a meat lover’s paradise.
