High above Brickell’s skyline, Miami’s newest culinary and cultural destination has taken flight.
Seia, named for the Roman goddess who protected sown seeds, brings contemporary Italian dining and an invitation-only private members club to the 54th and 55th floors of 830 Brickell, in the heart of Miami’s financial district. Real-estate developers OKO Group and high-end restaurant group The Bastion Collection combined on the project, which brings fine dining and design to the top of one of the city’s tallest buildings.
“With Seia, we envisioned more than a restaurant or private club,” OKO Group founder and CEO Vlad Doronin said in a statement. “We set out to create a destination that reflects the evolution of Miami as a truly global city.”
Chefs Salvatore Martone and Alessandro Morrone have crafted a menu rooted in seasonality and Southern Italian tradition. The fixed-price Executive Lunch offers diners an antipasto, a main course and a dessert, such as Carciofo Alla Brace (charcoal-grilled artichoke, fresh herb oil and lemon); Branzino (pan-seared Mediterranean seabass, eggplant and cherry tomatoes); and Tiramisu.

Dinner dishes include Linguine Alle Vongole with Manila clams; Sogliola Di Dover, a roasted whole Dover sole with zucchini, fennel pollen and lemon; and Cotoletta Alla Milanese, a veal cutlet with shaved parmesan and cherry tomatoes.
Club members gain access to private tastings, chef-led dinners, special chats with artists and collectors and salon-style gatherings. At night, guests can enjoy live music and guest DJs.
Mixology director Michele Montauti shapes a cocktail program that moves from bright aperitivos to more structured evening drinks.
Seia is located at 830 Brickell Plaza in Miami. For more information, visit seiamiami.com.
