At the heart of Eataly’s newest marketplace, two restaurant concepts are bringing the Italian art of living to diners in downtown West Palm Beach.
La Pizza & La Pasta, with more than 190 seats across indoor and outdoor spaces, highlights Italy’s most iconic dishes. Diners can savor Neapolitan‑style pizzas, such as the Margherita Tradizionale with San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella di Napoli or the indulgent Quattro Formaggi. Pasta lovers will find artisanal recipes spanning the peninsula, from Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese to the seafood-filled Linguine Allo Scoglio. The central bar complements the menu with Italian wines, seasonal spritzes and zero‑proof cocktails.
For true pasta aficionados, the nearby Il Pastaio (meaning “the pasta maker”) offers an intimate setting where diners watch expert pastai craft fresh pasta daily. Menu highlights include Agnolotti Del Plin E Sugo D’Arrosto (small, folded pasta filled with veal, beef and pork), Tonnarelli Cacio E Pepe tossed tableside and Tortelli Di Zucca, made with butternut squash, sunchoke puree, brown butter, roasted hazelnuts and Urbani black truffle. With 20 indoor seats and more than 60 on the patio, Il Pastaio blends theater and tradition in every plate.
Together, these restaurants embody Eataly’s philosophy of “eat, shop and learn,” pairing authentic recipes with modern hospitality.
The marketplace also has counters where you can browse a curated selection of Italian products, from extra virgin olive oils to artisanal pastas, sauces and sweets, plus special-occasion items like panettone, caviar and fresh truffles.
Eataly is located at CityPlace’s Harriet Himmel Hall, 580 Hibiscus St. in West Palm Beach. For more information, visit eataly.com.
