A fresh culinary concept has landed on Las Olas Boulevard with the debut of Worthwyld, a stylish new restaurant redefining everyday dining. Founded by David Coba, former CEO and cofounder of European Wax Center, Worthwyld is guided by a philosophy of Food Uncompromised™, offering made-to-order dishes prepared with clean, natural ingredients.
Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Worthwyld’s menu highlights bold flavors and wholesome cooking. Diners will find a broad selection of shareables, soups, salads, handhelds, plates, bowls and desserts.
Signature dishes include the Grilled Chicken Sandwich layered with fresh mozzarella, arugula, Parmesan and walnut pesto on grilled ciabatta. Other standouts include the Grass-Fed Skirt Steak Salad, the hearty Whole Grain Bowl and Pancakes topped with housemade granola and fresh fruit. Smoothies, organic Açaí Bowls and a kids’ menu round out the offerings, while desserts from Gelato&Co and artisanal breads from Gran Forno elevate the experience.
“Every dish is made-to-order, crafted with ingredients chosen not just for freshness, but for the way they make you feel,” Coba says.
The 4,500-square-foot restaurant combines modern minimalism with earthy warmth, pairing clean architectural lines and lush greenery, and offers seating for 190 across its stylish dining room, bar and patio. The inviting atmosphere works just as well for a quick lunch as it does for a celebratory dinner.
With a beverage program that includes signature cocktails, zero-proof options and a curated wine list, Worthwyld offers diners a diverse lineup of carefully curated drinks.
Worthwyld is located at 350 E. Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. For more information, visit worthwyld.com.
