Derek Mazer and Michael Jameson are bringing an “explosion of flavor” to the Delray Marketplace.
The duo are co-founders of Dos Amigos Tacos, a 2,303-square-foot colorful restaurant designed by Pam Manhaus with a menu that features non-GMO vegetables and ethically raised meat.
“We strongly believe that great food begins with the most carefully selected and freshest ingredients on the market,” Jameson notes in a press release.
“The menu will offer an explosion of flavor featuring traditional favorites including a selection of 18 handmade tacos such as Chicken, Carne Asada, Baja Shrimp, Al Pastor and Mojo Pork tacos, to name a few, as well as tacos for the adventurous diner including Sliced Tenderloin, Crispy Grouper, Buffalo Chicken, Wild Mushroom and Philly Cheese Steak,” notes the press release.
Also available: quesadillas including Traditional, Classic Cuban, Philly Cheese Steak and Buffalo Chicken as well as customizable burritos and salad bowls. Libations include frozen lemonade, Jarritos, bottled beer, wine and margaritas such as Lime, Prickly Pear, Strawberry, Mango and Passion Fruit.
