Rò Steakhouse, the latest venture from ViCa Hospitality Group’s Carlos Aguirre and Victor Ferraez, brings a bold new energy to Coral Gables. The group debuts its U.S. concept that marries open-flame cooking with polished modern design.
“We want Rò to be a place the Coral Gables community and visitors alike will return to again and again, sharing meals, memories and moments together,” Ferraez says.
The 7,000-square-foot space leans into an earthy, sculptural look, with bronze stone and wood layered beneath sweeping, curved panels that mimic natural rock formations. Whether you’re gathering with friends or hosting a private celebration, Rò’s intimate ambiance and semi-private rooms set the stage for meaningful gatherings.
At the helm is head chef Marcelo Palacios, formerly of Prime 112, who has crafted a menu that celebrates fire and flavor. Starters include tacos, tostadas and cold seafood plates. Dive into premium cuts like the Bone-In Ribeye, Tomahawk or the Pistachio-Crusted Tuna. Signature dishes such as Truffle Risotto and Beef Wellington elevate the experience, while Scallion Mac & Cheese, Garlic Mushrooms and Truffle Fries complete the feast.
Sip handcrafted cocktails at the illuminated 10-seat bar or explore the curated wine list. For connoisseurs, Rò offers an exclusive membership with access to 20 private wine lockers, perfect for storing favorite vintages or spirits.
End the evening on a sweet note with a Chocolate Bomb, Vasco Cheesecake or Yucatán-Style Flan.
Rò Steakhouse is located at 121 Alhambra Plaza, Ste. 110 in Coral Gables. For more information, visit rosteakhouse.com.
