Pie-Fection, a Brazilian Italian pizzeria with locations in Orlando and Kissimmee, is opening in the former space of Nino’s Italian Restaurant in Boca Raton. Known for its Brazilian take on Italian dishes, Pie-Fection offers a menu that reflects the rich cultural and culinary overlap between the two countries.
To start, the appetizer selection brings authentic Brazilian flair to the table. Highlights include Chicken Balls (Coxinha) — crispy, dough-based bites filled with shredded chicken — Brazilian Picanha Steak Skewer served with vinaigrette and farofa (toasted yuca crumbs) and thinly sliced beef carpaccio.
