Kosher dining in Boca Raton is expanding beyond the traditional deli counter. Three new restaurants — Kosher Chobee, Mamush Prime Kosher Grill and Sunflower Kosher — are introducing bold Mediterranean flavors, modern menus and stylish dining rooms, offering a fresh take on what kosher dining can be.
Kosher Chobee

First opened in West Palm Beach in 2022, Kosher Chobee has now expanded to Boca Raton. Expect traditional kosher cuisine prepared with a modern touch. The meat-forward menu ranges from homemade pastrami to Korean short ribs, with a few vegetarian options rounding out the selection. Shareable starters, platters and hearty mains like schnitzel, Beyond Shepard’s Pie and BBQ Pulled Beef make it easy to build a table full of dishes for a relaxed, communal meal. Cocktails, craft beers and Israeli and American wines are also on the menu.

Mamush Prime Kosher Grill
Indulge in luxury kosher dining with Mediterranean food and charcoal-fired dishes. Start with Oxtail Humus, Beef Carpaccio or a Katsu Salad before moving on to the restaurant’s grilled meats or seafood dishes. Lamb Chops and Ribeye lead the lineup, alongside burgers topped with truffle aioli, pastrami or onion jam. Additional offerings include Pargiot (boneless chicken thighs), Chicken Breasts, Hanger Steak and Lamb Rib Cap skewers. For seafood, Between Japan & The Middle East stands out with its miso ariso glaze and grilled broccolini.

Sunflower Kosher
Sunflower Kosher introduces Vietnamese-inspired flavors to Boca Raton’s kosher dining scene. The sushi menu includes signature rolls like Miami Heat with salmon or Red Dragon with imitation shrimp tempura, along with hand rolls, sashimi and nigiri. Beyond sushi, the menu features pho with chicken, short ribs or thi (thin slices of rare beef), along with pad Thai, lo mein and rice platters. Entrees include Vermicelli Noodles Bowls, General Tso’s Chicken and Beef with Broccoli.
