Bubbakoo’s Burritos Debuts In Palm Beach County

Bubbakoo’s Burritos, an award-winning Mexican-fusion concept, opened its newest location in Boca Raton on Dec. 3. This marks the first Palm Beach County location and the 16th in Florida, expanding the franchise’s national presence.

Known for its creative spin on Mexican classics, Bubbakoo’s Burritos has been a staple in many communities since 2008. Featuring a variety of customizable, made-to-order menu items with fresh ingredients, the brand has grown from its Jersey Shore roots to more than 100 locations nationwide.

The Boca Raton restaurant, located in the Lifetime Square Shopping Center, will offer signature burritos, tacos, quesadillas and nachos. Choose from the “Killer Creations” lineup, which features bold and flavorful options like the Hibachi Steak and Shrimp Burrito, packed with steak, shrimp, white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, sour cream and cheese, alongside the Buffalo Ranch Crispy Chicken Quesadilla.

French fry enthusiasts will enjoy curly versions like the Nashville Fries topped with Nashville chicken, cheese and pickles; Birria Fries loaded with barbacoa, birria sauce (a smokey, spicy Mexican sauce made from rehydrated chiles), cilantro and cheese and indulgent Bacon and Queso Curly Fries.

For a sweet ending, order Mini Churros with a side of caramel syrup or decadent Boardwalk Cookies — five hand-breaded and deep-fried Oreo Cookies topped with powdered sugar and your choice of sauce.
