Mediterranean, Made Easy
Cava Brings Fast-Casual Greek Flavors To Delray Beach
New to the Delray Beach dining scene, Cava has officially opened its doors, bringing a fresh fast-casual Mediterranean option to the area. Known for its customizable bowls and pita wraps, the restaurant offers a modern approach to classic Mediterranean cuisine.
Founded in 2010 by a trio of Greek natives, Cava has expanded to more than 400 restaurants across the country. Beyond offering healthy, fresh and flavorful dishes, the restaurant focuses on responsible sourcing and long-standing relationships with its suppliers.
Since its early days, Cava has worked with olive oil sommelier Stavros Manolakos, whose family operates its own farm. With the restaurant’s growth, Manolakos has been able to invest in his local community and build a larger facility — all in the same region where the founders have their roots.
Many of Cava’s ingredients reflect this dedication to quality and heritage. The eatery’s Manoli Canoli olives are hand-picked from family-owned groves in Greece, and Timeless Seeds’ lentils come from a cooperative of family farms using regenerative organic practices.
From skhug to harissa, tzatziki to falafel, there are a variety of dishes for every diet, including vegetarian and vegan options. Along with Build Your Own Pitas or Grain, Salad and Greens + Grains Bowls, signature options include the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma bowl with tzatziki, hummus, fiery broccoli, avocado and garlic dressing; and the Greek Salad bowl with grilled chicken, tzatziki, hummus, feta, veggies, olives and a Greek vinaigrette.
The Crazy Feta® is a must-try addition. A spicy, whipped feta dip, Crazy Feta combines jalapeños, onions and olive oil for its creamy yet tangy flavor that pairs well with nearly everything on the menu.
Cava is located at 1831 S. Federal Highway, Delray Beach. For more information, call 561-918-5765 or visit cava.com.
