Novecento Takes Over Delray Beach’s Iconic Falcon House
Popular Argentine Steakhouse Makes Its Debut In Palm Beach County
Novecento, the renowned Argentine steakhouse with several Miami locations, has announced its Palm Beach County debut at the historic Falcon House in Downtown Delray Beach.
Under the direction of SuViche Hospitality Group, the restaurant is celebrated for its authentic Argentine-inspired fare, featuring savory steaks, handmade empanadas, house- made pastas and an extensive wine list, served in a stylish indoor/outdoor setting with custom oak finishes and Novecento’s signature red accents. Adding to the experience are occasional tango performances that infuse the space with energy and charm.
The menu has something for every palate. Seafood enthusiasts can enjoy Camarones Al Ajillo (sautéed shrimps, paprika butter and garlic oil) and Pulpo A La Brasa (chargrilled octopus with smoked eggplant aioli), while meat lovers can indulge in premium Argentine cuts, including Lomo (filet mignon), Entraña (skirt steak) and Ojo De Bife (ribeye). An array of burgers and pastas complete the diverse lineup.
Enhance your meal with a creative cocktail like the Matador (Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whiskey, honey, lime, basil and strawberry) or the Mendoza Sour .14 — a blend of Pisco 1615, grapefruit, malbec, lime and aquafaba.
Brunch fans are also in for a treat. Highlights include Salmon Benedict, Bacon Pancakes with bacon-infused maple syrup and French Toast Argentino topped with condensed milk, dulce de leche sauce and whipped cream. Don’t miss the selection of empanadas with options like chicken, ham and cheese or spinach and cheese, all made in-house.
