Patsy’s Pizzeria Lands In Boca
The Iconic New York Eatery Makes Its Debut In South Florida
Since the 1930s, Patsy’s Pizzeria has been a Harlem staple, renowned for its coal-fired pies and old-school Italian dishes. Now, this iconic eatery has brought its signature flavors to South Florida, right in the heart of Boca Raton.
The newly opened outpost invites diners to indulge in the classics that made Patsy’s a household name. Start with a cocktail — the menu offers Lychee Martini, Passion Paloma, Big Sur Sunset (Gray Whale Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Raspberry Purée and Orgeat Liqueur) and Wildfire (Patrón Reposado, Cointreau, Muddled Jalapeño, Fresh Lime Juice and Tajín Rim).
From there, enjoy Antipasti like Eggplant Rollatini, Meatballs Marinara and Suppli (Italian rice balls with Fontina Cheese). Salads like the Burrata or Caesar are longtime favorites.
Pasta lovers will be thrilled by all the tempting options. Top contenders include Linguine Vongole (with Little Neck Clams), Gnocchi Di Patate, Spaghetti Puttanesca (Fresh Tomato, Gaeta Olives, Capers and Anchovy), Fettucine Grassadoria (Tomato Confit, Jumbo Crab Meat and Fresh Herbs) and the signature Rigatoni Patsys (Fresh Tomato, Eggplant and Burrata).
And, of course, there are the restaurant’s famous coal-fired pies like the Napolitana (Anchovies, Fresh Garlic, Kalamata Olives, Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella), Prosciutto Di Parma (Arugula, Fresh Mozzarella), Benny Blanco (Fresh Mozzarella, Ricotta, Pancetta, Black Truffle Purée, Fried Egg and Truffle Oil) and, for meat lovers, the Macellaio (Pepperoni Sausage, Meatballs, Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella).
Lunchgoers can dig into hearty sandwiches, or Heros, served with french fries. Options range from the Chicken Caesar Wrap to Eggplant Parmigiana and the Frank Sinatra — Prosciutto Di Parma, Fresh Mozzarella, EVOO and Black Pepper.
