Four new breakfast destinations are slated to open around Boca Raton this year, adding fresh flavors and all-day options to the local dining scene.
Bringing a taste of New Orleans to South Florida, Beignets & Brew is coming soon to Boca Raton. The café pairs specialty coffees — like the Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte and Honey Cinna-Lavender — with its signature beignets. The pillowy pastries range from classic powdered sugar to indulgent varieties like the Cinna-Swirl, topped with cinnamon roll icing, and the Turtle, finished with caramel, cream cheese, chocolate and pecans, while seasonal treats keep the menu fresh.
With plans to open this April, Crema Gourmet on Yamato Road will serve fresh coffee and smoothies alongside a full menu of salads, sandwiches and pasta. Its all-day breakfast lineup ensures that eggs, omelets, pancakes and toast remain available well past the morning rush, catering to late risers and leisurely brunch-goers alike.
Black Star Bakery & Cafe is preparing to open its first location outside of New York around May. The concept will focus on artisan baking, quality coffee and health-conscious fare, with a menu spanning croissants and bagels to sandwiches and grain bowls. In addition to classic coffee drinks, guests can expect specialty offerings such as lavender or rose matcha iced lattes, Fuji apple cider and blueberry lemonade.
Later this year, French café Maman will expand into the area with three new locations: west Boca Raton, central Boca Raton and downtown Delray Beach. With more than 50 storefronts, the brand is known for its rustic charm and thoughtfully crafted menu, including limited items developed in collaboration with Martha Stewart, such as the Milk Chocolate Crème Brûlée Sugar Bun and Cherry Elderflower Spritz. Diners can look forward to a range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-friendly options.
