Located along Mizner Boulevard, Ruth’s Chris Steak House has been a beloved Boca Raton staple for nearly 25 years. Now, the renowned fine-dining establishment — owned by hospitality giant Darden Restaurants, parent company of Eddie V’s, The Capital Grill and Olive Garden — has announced it will officially close its doors on May 11.
The good news, though, is that there’s still time to savor some of the finest USDA Prime beef, fresh seafood, signature side dishes and indulgent desserts in town.
Start your meal with standout appetizers like Seared Ahi Tuna or Sizzling Crab Cakes, then dive into expertly prepared cuts such as the New York Strip, Cowboy Ribeye and Tomahawk Ribeye. Prefer something lighter? Opt for seafood entrées like Garlic Crusted Sea Bass or Salmon & Shrimp. Each can be paired with sides like Au Gratin Potato, Grilled Asparagus, Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Creamed Spinach.
For a sweet sendoff, desserts include velvety Chocolate Sin Cake, Classic Cheesecake, Crème Brûlée and Bread Pudding.
According to Darden Restaurants, this is the only Florida location scheduled to close.
